There are people who really live their profession and apart from work, they don't notice anything else around. So the main role will be played by a man who is a baseball coach. He lives in a small town, has a good family, but pays very little attention to it, because this man completely immerses himself in the workflow. In this case, the coach's main goal has always been to raise a good team, which in the future could bring him a reputation as a strong specialist along with victories.

But our hero was far from that, because in the place where he was, unfortunately, this sport was poorly developed. After that, one day he gets the opportunity to go to another city and work there with a ready-made team. This is the offer this coach has been waiting for all his life. The only problem was that he had to leave his home, forgetting, at least for a while, about his family. Upon arrival, he ran into the director, who interfered with the training process, considering it unacceptable to use this method of education.
