The young Sultan Mirza arrives in Mubai, there was a severe flood in his hometown, after which he could no longer stay there. Despite the fact that the Sultan is a criminal, people around him respect him immensely, and call him a good man. The city was not completely under the power of the main character, it was divided between four gangsters, which helped to avoid conflicts with the police and keep them away from their secret actions. The main character was madly in love with the Indian actress Rehana, for whom he spent a lot of money to promote her films. While Mirza's empire was growing, his future enemy was growing up somewhere in the policeman's family, Shoaib began to show anger and desire to embark on a dark life path from his youth.
