One of the most serious criminal elements of the modern world is David Billa, who is being hunted by not one, but several states at once. He has committed many atrocities and is currently hiding from justice in Malaysia. This person is being developed by a certain investigator Jaiprakashi, who has been preparing a plan for the capture of a particularly dangerous criminal for quite a long time. All these years, a police officer monitored David's actions and approximate movements, but attempts to detain him were constantly unsuccessful. The whole problem is that the king of the underworld also has his own gang.

During the search activities, by chance, the investigator managed to get to Bill, during which a shootout ensues and David dies from bullet wounds. The publicity of what happened was inappropriate for Jaiprakashi, which is why he decides to keep it a secret. Everything was done to completely eliminate his criminal community. The funeral of this man was held in secret, after which the investigator accidentally finds a Rank, a pickpocket, who looks exactly like Bill.
