Storyline Pournami (2006)

The storyline will tell about the power of the Indian gods. The story originates in one of the small villages, where an unbearable drought enveloped her a long time ago. People suffered from the current situation, because it was simply unbearable to live in such conditions. From the hopelessness of the situation, the inhabitants of this village decided to turn to the higher gods for help. In order to ask the gods for alms, it was necessary for one woman to dance in the temple for about seven days and nights.

The gods were surprised by the gift of this savior, after which they decided to have mercy on the people by sending them rain. So, after this incident, it has long been customary in the village that this dance was to be organized every year in the temple, and the day itself was a festive one, which was later called Pushkar Pournami. The dance was presented to one of the gods named Shiva. Further actions unfold in 1960. It was during this period of time that the duties of dancing in the temple were assigned to the girl by the Pournami. But the trouble is that she mysteriously disappears.
