Lakhanpala was one of the richest people in India, his industrial business brought not bad capital to his family, he was able to provide a comfortable life for his close relatives. But it was a sad time for the family, the man died, leaving a huge inheritance to his only daughter, Deepali. It is not so easy to accept such a turn of fate, and now all responsibility falls entirely on the fragile shoulders of a girl who will have to try to cope with a difficult business. In addition to business, she wants to find a young man so that he becomes a loving husband and friend in her difficult affairs.

The main character goes on vacation, in Northern India she meets Pritam. The guy at first sight falls in love with a charming heiress of a huge fortune and decides to marry her. Returning home, Pritam comes to Deepali, his goal is to impress the relatives of his beloved, and become her husband.
