A young man gets a job as a messenger to ensure his own existence. On his motorcycle, the guy delivers parcels to different addresses. He never thinks about what is inside small packages, because he is absolutely not interested in it. One day, a law enforcement officer named Vishal became interested in the courier, who begins tracking a suspicious motorcyclist.

The messenger noticed the surveillance, and then reported it to his boss, who is a well-known distributor of narcotic substances in certain circles. Fearing to be exposed, the attacker mercilessly shoots a policeman and his employee. To Vishal, who is on the verge of life and death, doctors transplant the heart of the deceased guy. Returning, after some time, to life, the inspector decides to take revenge on the merciless criminal by any fate. To do this, the cop comes up with a cunning plan...
