Rama Chandra Rao has two children. Where his daughter is Kavya, and his son is Kartik. He's going to make Kartik a real CBA officer. The whole problem is that Kavya also wants to enter a higher educational institution, becoming a collector, but for his father to pay for two education, it was very expensive. That is why the brother decides to make sure that his sister could enroll in a public school called Delhi, but he himself had to fail the exam.
