Nightmarish events take place in a small town in the UK. Suddenly, corpses of people begin to be identified in this area. They died from an unknown virus. Later, this disease was called the "reaper". Thousands of personalities found themselves on the other side of the world, being distributed to heaven and hell. Scientists and researchers could not identify the vaccine, so they decided, together with the government, to protect this territory with a high wall in order to stop the spread of the epidemic.

It seemed that safety for the rest of the residents had been achieved, but they left many abandoned in the settlement where the epidemic began. 30 years pass, and the city authorities find out that the "reaper" has returned. This virus cannot be stopped without a vaccine. But later, noticing a strange movement on the other side of the city, they realized that the treatment exists. By sending the military there together with a medical worker, they want to find a vaccine to save the whole world. However, here you will encounter ancient settlers. They have become cruel, and they are not going to respond with hospitality to uninvited guests.
