In a provincial Indian town, power almost entirely belongs to a motley of criminals who have long bought officials and law enforcement officers. A charismatic, young fraudster named Pandu, from an early age, was in need. The guy who grew up on the street became a robber. Despite his illegal activities, he hopes to one day get involved with crime in order to establish his own life and leave the gang of the influential Ali Bhai, who is the head of a mafia clan.
