In the late seventies, America was horrified, the appearance of a dangerous serial killer alarmed the entire population, parents began to worry about their young creatures, because the killer was interested in young girls. It is terrible when news comes about the murder of a very young defenseless person, it is not known how an individual can commit such a monstrous crime, because it is not so easy to take a life and only a not completely healthy person can commit such an act. Manic-minded people experience unique feelings from their monstrous actions, they get ecstasy from it and until they are stopped, they will continue to do their evil deeds. Kathleen McChesney and Robert Ressler are investigating a serial killer who terrorizes young women. FBI agents will have to track down and find Ted Bundy, who was kept secret from the public for a long time and managed to keep his incognito from law enforcement for a long time. He skillfully entered into the confidence of the girls, creating situations convenient for himself, and realizing that people are usually compassionate and try to help the infirm people.
