The main character, despite the constant protests of his own wife, together with his close friend Dean, continues to work in the ambulance. According to his disgruntled wife, Eric is practically wasting his life. A man, in order to provide a soul mate, as well as pay for the treatment of a sick son, has to take extra shifts, but there are still catastrophically not enough funds.

Once, during a call to a traffic accident, friends transporting a seriously injured man had to cut his jacket. Paramedics found one million American dollars inside the clothes of a stranger who died on the way to a medical facility. Without thinking twice, they decide to keep the find for themselves. Blinded by an unexpected gift of fate, the newly rich have completely forgotten that big money often brings serious difficulties, especially if its owners are influential criminals.
