Storyline Lay the Favorite (2012)

Twenty-four-year-old Bette, an incredibly charming beauty who used to work as a stripper and had a good reputation among the club's clients. Left without a job, the girl decides to go to Las Vegas to find a well-paid position. After a short search, she manages to get a job in an illegal bookmaker's office, where the head is very smart and thoughtful Dink Haimoviits. The man, despite his occupation, has an excellent education, but because of problems with the law, he has to hide from law enforcement agencies.

It was incredibly easy for him to pull off financial frauds, but he could not get away from his dishonest deeds without suspicion. Now his life takes place in the secluded places of the gambling capital of the USA. Together with him, Scotty and Frank are engaged in illegal business, the same ambitious and energetic personalities as their boss. Bette quickly joined the team and even became their mascot, bringing good luck to the team. That's just the whole idyll is spoiled by Dink's wife, who suddenly reappears in his life.
