Craig Evans takes care of his sick wife, it's too hard for him to follow her suffering, and he tries in every way to find a means for her to ease her unenviable situation. A man is an American emigrant who arrived in Pakistan for the sake of his beloved woman. Insia Zia worked as a doctor, during one of the examinations she becomes infected with the "MN-2" virus, it is incredibly destructive and insidious, and acts mainly on the nervous system, causing a violent outburst of rage, not controlled in any way. To alleviate the sufferings of the patient, the woman is put into an induced coma, because the hospital does not have medicines to solve this problem. The virus is gradually beginning to spread throughout the country, those who have become infected are called "carriers", who will have to suffer from terrible pain. The only salvation for such patients is the drug Seder, which is produced by a local pharmaceutical company. There is little help from him, he can only relieve monstrous symptoms for a few hours, and he does not treat later signs at all. The drug itself resembles a plaster that is attached to the body, everything seems useless, the condition of the main character's wife will deteriorate and soon she will have to give her soul to God, and the man will solve a terrible secret.
