Julie loved and was fond of music since childhood. But after the death of her mother, Julie decided to give up this case and never return to it, if there were no "but". One day Julie decided to go to a vinyl record store. In the store, the girl finds locked guys. Ghost guys who were popular in the nineties. The girl frees three ghosts. They get to know each other better. Three guys inspire Julie not to quit music, but on the contrary to pursue her career now. Julie is inspired by the guys and starts writing her own songs. And the stars of the nineties help her in this. Thus, together they form a group called "Julie and the Phantoms".
