The action takes place in New Orleans. The city is thriving. The city is full of opportunities for the development of culture, economy, construction. But the ruling gangs keep the whole city in fear. Gang leaders Dash and Antoine are at war with each other. And these wars terrify all citizens and have a bad effect on the state of the whole city. Ryan Hong is coming to town. An unknown visitor begins to communicate with each gang, intending to set them against each other. Hoping that the gangs will exterminate themselves on their own. Ryan encourages all gangs to join his mentor's teachings. As soon as Ryan manages to take control of the entire community.
