A seasoned attacker named Dwight Manfredi received the nickname "General" from his colleagues in the illegal craft. He, for a long period of time, managed to successfully evade police harassment. Once, having allowed inattention, the criminal was arrested. The judge sent the man to serve his sentence in a strict correctional institution for a long twenty-five years. After being released, the former prisoner found himself in a world that has changed a lot in a quarter of a century. The once native New York has become a stranger to the main character, so he moves to Tulsa, the second largest city in Oklahoma. A gangster who is not used to living according to the letter of the law, begins to assemble a team in a new place, with the help of which he wants to create a criminal empire. On the way to the realization of an audacious idea, he faces great difficulties, but the desire to regain authority pushes him to take decisive action.
