In the small settlement of Texas there were awful events connected with murder of civilians. Including there was a group of children which moved off in searches of adventures, and met the serial killer. Here they were killed quite awfully and cruelly. Only one little girl managed to survive and run away from this area, having told people around about the incident. Police officers did not manage to find the maniac therefore decided to close case. Passes practically half a century. This young lady did not ask for the help in police any more, interested her only quiet existence. She managed even to grow old.

But this village begins to interest new group of children. They wanted to sell by means of an auction the local land and buildings standing on it. Having arrived in the appointed area, and arranging display for visitors of prosperous rich men, they met the old woman living in the former shelter. She was a tutor of kids, and now on her providing there is one more person. It for a long time aged. But she continues to look after it. Because of the arrived youth she strongly worried, and was afraid to lose housing therefore it had a heart attack, and she died. Now the pupil begins to turn into the serial killer and takes the chainsaw as he wishes to settle accounts with those who did much harm his usual life in hand.
