Only the legendary agent 007 ready always start any mission on which the positive outcome for the country depends can help with it not simple business. It is clear That other agents cannot come to tasks, all of them are compromised and are on fixed observation, only James Bond manages to fade into the background and to begin the long way, to the solution of a large-scale problem.
