Violent, ambitious and very capricious Kabir Singh, has extremely explosive temper. The guy in every way tries to change, however his attempts come to an end without results. Despite of rather difficult character, the main character managed to graduate successfully from medical college and to get a prestigious education. During training on the surgeon, the young man constantly got into various conflict situations because of which it appeared under the threat of an exception of educational institution. Now the quick-tempered temperament prevents Singh to promote up a career ladder and to become the true professional of the business capable to help numerous patients. 

Once Kabir learns unpleasant news which overturns his life upside down: the father of the bride of the doctor, unexpectedly said that he does not wish to see him the then. The parent forbade the daughter to marry darling as he considers that the unreliable person. Without having managed to overpersuade the beloved's relatives, the young doctor tries to cope with a deep depression by means of hard alcoholic drinks and narcotic medicines. At some point he understands that if does not return to normal existence, then to fall by the bottom of society.
