Singam long time fought for a right cause. He was interested only rules and laws that the local population did not break these criteria for full wellbeing of inhabitants. However the situation changes when the man realized that the local management and attendants of law and order behave rather obscenely, and steal money by unfair means, transporting them for city boundaries. He gets as the deputy commissioner to work, and tries to reveal crimes of these officials. He is sure that he will manage to stop them, but the corruption scheme up to the end is not opened yet.

Starting investigation, he wishes to find all streams of illegal business, and faces the teacher who taught him to everything and made the police officer. The hero is forced to become for his protection as this man is threatened by danger. He is the correct politician long ago, never crossed the legality border, and did not harm society, and now someone makes on it attempt. Bandits already repeatedly repeated to this person that for the statements he can pay with life. He knew the events, and is going to catch villains who attempt upon existence of the ordinary teacher, this person brought a lot of good in the guy's life.
