Passed thirteen years from the moment of the termination of high school. Loyal friends Jim, Chris, Kevin, Paul and Steve matured, grew up and became much more responsible. Many got families and children. But here time to remember former times came. The announcement of a class reunion of 1999 gathers gang again. In Ist Great Falls, the hometown of Dzhima and Mishel where they come back to meet friends, everything takes its course. Jim's father became a widow/widower, the neighbor Cara whom Jim nursed at school grew up and now itself waiting for 18 years plans loss of virginity. 

The youth lives the same, but the reunited release of 1999 suddenly has a business before. And already around Cara, her guy and a present party of graduates the senior generation on guards of innocence is built. The truth they wildly miss the lawlessness which consigned to the remote past. Stifler tries to organize a party, but nothing works well, at least first … It is necessary to face the past in the form of desperate seniors to understand that not so it and is necessary, how many years knocked, it is always possible to manage to please and in an awkward situation, and the notorious "next morning". But the main thing that at children exactly the same chances to find the halves, to spend excellent evening and hot night.
