At the beginning of the nineteenth century, mysterious and a little mad architect Van Shunbek built the unique house... From the decayed dwelling, the poor family moves to a new building. Relatives appeared here, having concluded the bargain with a devil who, in addition, promised to improve their financial position. Unfortunate new settlers did not even guess that in the mansion there live ghosts which gradually begin to dement residents... The anthropomorphous rat builder who started reconstruction of the damned house unexpectedly faced unknown insects of whom it is impossible to get rid. 

Soon there are strange buyers ready to buy housing. They instantly move former owners, leaving them without means of support. Post-apocalyptic future. The cat Roza who transformed it to hotel becomes the new hostess of the mansion. When affairs went worse than ever, she decides to restore the hotel which endured a flood, hoping to attract clients. Slowly progressing repair can interfere with Roza's plans. Everything changes after unexpected appearance of a cat by the name of Space, the become interested ancient structure...
