Once the Umbrella corporation was world renowned as the largest producer of computer technologies and drugs. But all this was only cover for its primary activity - development of the latest and powerful biological and bacteriological weapon. The next invention of the company - the T-virus - turned mankind into pack of the terrible monsters zombies devouring each other. But one person - the most ordinary woman, Alice - reacted to infection with the most unexpected image. The virus made it stronger and turned into the universal soldier and nearly the only thing who is capable to resist to Umbrella and distribution of criminal technologies of corporation.

This time Alice finds the unexpected ally in the person of Albert Vesker, the former employee of corporation. Now it helps the heroine and her colleagues from special group in fight against a virus. Heroes should visit New York, Tokyo and Moscow, without leaving at the same time the confidential Umbrella bunker - the corporation started the simulator of these cities - and in it events develop is not less disturbing and it is dangerous to all mankind, than in reality. Alice and her assistants should battle not only against fighters of corporation, but also against a mutant slime, and against the universal soldier Rein of Ocampo against which it is almost impossible to win. But for resourceful and devoted Alice there is nothing impracticable - and she has to pass this mission by all means. The fate of mankind and where the heroine would not meet the next dangerous agent of Umbrella - in the Moscow GUM is at stake, at the Arbat metro station or under a pouring rain in Tokyo - it will go hard with it.
