Arun Kumar Vikram is many years in the service in law enforcement agencies. For years of professional activity, the man managed to prove only from the best party, having gained respect and trust of the colleagues. Since recent time the main character works as the special agent who is engaged in investigations of difficult crimes, which obviously not in power to ordinary detectives. Once, charge to Vikram, attentive to details, a difficult task: it needs to untangle the business connected with the cunning and prudent serial killer who is skillfully escaping police officers.

The certificates collected against the criminal do not help to come to its trace. Arun gets with huge enthusiasm to work, beginning to study the available investigations materials. The detective does not even guess that will get soon to a whirlpool of dangerous events which can end with sad consequences. Soon the meticulous cop managed to find out several curious nuances concerning the maniac and the eminent political figure. The gangster and the politician kidnapped the high-ranking official who did not wish to become by a part of the large swindle which is thought up by accomplices...
