Action of a short prolog tells about the incident which happened in 1904 on the whaling station on the island of Buva in the Atlantic Ocean. The worker faces the omnipotent alien killer Hishchnik, but he is attacked goodness knows where from by the undertaken Stranger. The main action of the movie is developed one hundred years later. Satellites marked a thermal signal on the island of Buva where there is a certain ancient pyramid. The scientist Sebastián de Rosa is sure that the structure is created by the very first civilization. The rich man Charles Bishop Veyland sends there group of scientists which the young researcher Alexa Woods enters. But nobody knows that to Earth the spaceship with dangerous passengers onboard already flies up.

On the island of Buva people learn that someone did only per day a tunnel in ices which conducts to an ancient pyramid. There Veyland together with group of scientists decides to go. The pyramid appears a tangled labyrinth with a set of rooms. Alexa Woods finds the weapon belonging to race of Predators in one of halls. Scientists accidentally activate the mechanism because of what the pyramid begins changes the form. In the hall for sacrifices eggs of which facecathers jump out are activated and infect people, several hours later they turn into Strangers. And meanwhile the pyramid is reached by group from Predators which destroy all people at the station. Then they go down in a pyramid. Whether people will be able to survive in this massacre, having appeared in the field of fight of two blood-thirsty and ruthless newcomers from space?
