Michael Milch works for an international company called "Belco", this non-profit institution is located in Colombia in the city of Bogoto. One morning, when he came to work, he noticed that all the guards had been replaced with a new one, but the strangeness was that all the employees of the security company now do not belong to the local population. After a short time, he sees that the old staff of local employees is also going home. One of the new employees, Dani Wilkins, gets a task on the first day to implant a special tracking device in the back of her head.

Michael decides to share his impressions with the old guard Evan Smith, who also begins to notice oddities. He cannot explain to his friend what this is connected with and how to find out about what is happening, but he promised to do everything in his power. Without having time to find out the secret, terrible things begin to happen in the office, an order comes from the loudspeaker to the eighty remaining American employees to destroy any two people, and this should happen within thirty minutes.
