The story of a young guy Yoshio Yoshida, who in society was famous for the qualities of a decent young man, as well as accommodating and well-mannered. His type of activity is working in one of the city departments with regard to water supply. In addition, the main character has his own mother, where she, in turn, has been dependent on the bed for quite a long time, from which she cannot get up on her own. As a result, Yoshio lives with his only loved one, who constantly needs to be taken care of and properly cared for.

Despite the fact that he seems calm on the surface, inside his desires speak of tendencies to masochism. Along with all this, the main character often visits the SM Miho club, where the so-called queen of this institution constantly performs. But Yoshid thinks only of SM Yukiko, who has become a true legend of masochism and sadism. Now his main goal in life is to find at least a photo of his beloved, until one day he met her at the Mahou Hotel.
