On the threshold of great discoveries, there is always a confrontation between certain forces trying to reveal their significance. Of course, this can lead to all sorts of unpleasant conflicts, and in the most serious confrontations, to an imminent war. The main character is incredibly rich, he is the owner of enterprises for the manufacture of military equipment and weapons, producing an arsenal for military operations according to the latest developments. Arthur Blackmark is faced with an unpleasant incident of an international nature, which he certainly needs to stop, or the world is waiting for a terrible catastrophe in the form of World War III.
