Cortney Whitmore was an ordinary teenager. The girl of young age lives independently with mother, and tries to find the general circle of friends. But suddenly she finds out that mother got acquainted with the man. He is quite quite good person, but they need to move to the remote town, and it strongly frightens the little girl. She is afraid to lose friends and colleagues. And having arrived in the appointed area, it is forced to look for the new company for joint pastime. Feeling like the unlucky person in these parts, it very much misses, and is locked in own room. Besides it does not have relationship with the stepfather. But having understood position of mother, it continues to push the luck silently.

But suddenly late at night she heard a strange rumble in the cellar, decided to go down there, and found an improbable staff. He has supernatural potential, and abilities are suddenly transferred to the little girl. It is capable to operate it, even managed to burn the car on the parking. When the stepfather learned about it, reported that earlier this weapon belonged to Starmen. The superhero died because of a fight with opponents, and charged to the assistant to find the new supernatural person capable to possess this staff. It became clear that the little girl perfectly copes with these duties, and Stargerl begins to call himself. Further it had a desire to find team, and to create society of justice to attack villains of the present world.
