Acharya lived in the city where constantly collected donations as believers here repeatedly helped each other, especially to church. Local buildings were restored and life to large families remained. The child had to observe it and also his relatives constantly gave the last savings to local authorities. But when the main character matured, realized that something strange occurs at the highest levels the local management. He wishes to understand it independently. Long time, watching the suspect, he found out that the current swindler is near the budget of this town. Also uses it as own purposes, spending donations of ordinary people.

The main character began to hate this person, at all did not understand how it is possible to deceive the environment in which he grew up and got an education. People believed it, and he awfully acts with inhabitants this way, without helping them at all, and buying what wants to own is exclusive. Therefore at Acharya there is no other way out. He starts new shadowing, but now wishes to prove to society that they elected not that head at all. It needs to be displaced from a position and to arrest, having put behind bars for waste of someone else's money. The head has many assistants, and they, naturally, want to liquidate the guy that it did not disturb them under legs.
