Having gone home after wound in the war, the veteran of marines by the name of Brian, unfortunately, could not reach department of decision-making, and wanted that they gave it support from governmental bodies. Every time when it tapped thresholds of this area, to it was necessary to hear refusal. He came back home with anything. It does not have grants to life. It literally needs subsistence. Having lost further housing as it did not have enough funds for tenancy payment, he did not know, than still to draw attention of department.

The only thing that entered Brian's head, is taking of hostages and robbery of bank. But actually he was not going to receive local means. He wanted to call the public for responsibility and also wished that all services attentively listened to him, contacted the guy, but not constantly sent it to new office for clarification of circumstances. Having captured in this way strangers and the staff of bank, he reported that it in a portfolio has a bomb. Now he requires attention of television, wants that reporters constantly were nearby with this institution. There arrived also other participants of investigation, trying to stop the guy. With it called, tried to convince to put hands and to go outside, but he refused, did not achieve the decision concerning support of veterans of war yet.
