Recently in life of the main character of this uncomfortable slasher there was a tragedy. Pregnant Emma got to accident and suddenly lost the child and sight. And if she already managed to get used to a blindness and it is easy to be guided even in unfamiliar space, then it was much more difficult to reconcile to death of not born kid. The only hope was on psychotherapy which the woman regularly visited. Once her attending physician gathered in a holiday and suggested Emma to go to the country and to work over the book about loss and acceptance which has to have the curing effect.

The friend and once ardent admirer of our heroine Robert suggested it to live in a country house on the edge of the wood. Here a trouble with telephone communication, but everything is all right with the alarm system. The owner, as could, arranged the dwelling under needs of blind, having partitioned off an entrance on the ladder conducting to the cellar. Daily Emma dictated on an idea dictophone for the novel, and in the evenings plunged into own mental anguish, without letting go a plaster 3D cast of ultrasonography of her died kid. Working on the book, she rethought process of pregnancy and its value in the woman's life.

Soon the heroine felt that she is not one: someone shifts things, includes a dictophone and fixedly observes. When the woman was finally convinced of existence of the unknown persecutor and could phone to Robert - nobody believed her. The owner did not find in the house of traces of the stranger, and his wife Jill wrote off paranoia of the guest for her unstable mental state at all, than wounded Emma in the heart. The audience will be able will be convinced soon that the writer panicked not for nothing. And then history will make sharp turn, and the house will be filled with new heroes to whom under all laws of a genre the danger of death will threaten.
