Weyland was forced to sell all the rights to "Death Race", Niles York becomes the new owner. This ruthless and very rich man from England has long been planning to absorb the company, build it according to his own rules and move it to South Africa. Before leaving, Weyland asks Frankenstein to have surgery on a face disfigured in one of the dangerous and tough racing accidents. The racer faces a huge problem, he has long wanted to find freedom and leave such a spectacular and difficult occupation, in order to realize his desires, he needs to win only one race. The new owner is not particularly eager to let go of such a promising player, especially since his army of fans is huge. Niles begins to threaten Lucas that if he tries to win the fifth race, he will kill him without giving him a taste of freedom.
